How the testing works
Purity.Most current COAs measure purity by UV/Vis spectrophotometry against a reference standard; some newer lots use RP-HPLC. The method and result are printed on each COA, and Dynamite's standard is 99%+.
Identity, metals and microbial.Identity is checked against the compound's reference standard (UV/Vis lambda-max; LC-MS or UPLC-MS on some newer lots), and batches are screened for total heavy metals and aerobic, yeast and mold counts (TAMC/TYMC).
Independent third party.Testing is performed by an independent analytical laboratory, and each batch-labeled Certificate of Analysis is published on its product page — so buyers are not relying on the seller's word alone.

Products are shipped as lyophilized powder. For research handling, lyophilized material is typically stored at -20°C and protected from light and moisture; reconstitution and any experimental use are performed by the qualified researcher in an appropriate laboratory facility.

Are the peptides third-party tested?
Yes. Batches are tested by an independent analytical laboratory (for example Analytical Formulations, Inc., Freedom Diagnostic Testing, Bioviridian Inc., Optiq Health Labs or Horizon Analytical, depending on the batch). Each COA is published on its product page, labeled by batch. Products without a published COA yet are marked “COA coming soon”.
What analytical methods are used?
Methods vary by lab and batch. Analytical Formulations COAs use UV/Vis spectrophotometry (identity by lambda-max, purity by correlation coefficient, Beer-Lambert assay) plus heavy-metal and TAMC/TYMC microbial screens. Other batches use HPLC-UV or RP-HPLC purity, LC-MS identity, PCR microbial, and on some lots endotoxin (LAL) or sterility. Each COA card on a product page lists the tests that batch actually received, for that exact size.
What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A COA is the batch-specific test report from the analytical lab. It documents the product name, batch/lot identifier, measured purity, the identity result, the test date, and the methods used.
