Purity & Third-Party Testing

By the Dynamite Research Team · Updated July 8, 2026

In short

Every Dynamite Research Peptides product is verified to 99%+ purity by reversed-phase HPLC and confirmed for identity by mass spectrometry, with an independent third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA) available for every batch. All products are supplied as lyophilized reference material and ship from the USA for in-vitro laboratory research use only.

How the testing works

Purity by RP-HPLC.Purity is measured by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography with UV detection. The sample is separated on the column and the target peptide's peak is expressed as a percentage of total peak area; Dynamite's standard is 99%+ main peak.

Identity by mass spectrometry. Identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry, where the observed molecular mass of the compound is matched against the theoretical mass calculated from the peptide sequence. This confirms the correct compound was synthesized, not just that a peak is pure.

Independent third party.Testing is performed by an independent analytical laboratory, and the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis is made available on request — so buyers are not relying on the seller's word alone.

What a Certificate of Analysis (COA) shows

To request the COA for a specific lot, email info@dynamitepeptides.com with your order number.

Handling & storage (research)

Products are shipped as lyophilized powder. For research handling, lyophilized material is typically stored at -20°C and protected from light and moisture; reconstitution and any experimental use are performed by the qualified researcher in an appropriate laboratory facility.

Frequently Asked Questions

What purity are Dynamite research peptides?

Every Dynamite research peptide is verified to 99%+ purity, measured as the main-peak area by reversed-phase HPLC. Bacteriostatic water is supplied as USP-grade sterile diluent rather than a peptide.

Are the peptides third-party tested?

Yes. Identity and purity are confirmed by an independent third-party analytical laboratory, and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for every batch on request.

What analytical methods are used?

Purity is assessed by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) with UV detection, and peptide identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry (MS), where the observed molecular mass is matched against the theoretical mass for the sequence.

What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

A COA is the batch-specific test report from the analytical lab. It documents the product name, batch/lot identifier, measured purity, the identity (mass) confirmation, the test date, and the methods used.

How do I get the COA for my order?

A COA is available for every product batch on request. Ask for the COA for your specific lot by contacting info@dynamitepeptides.com with your order number, and the batch report will be provided.

Where do Dynamite research peptides ship from?

All products ship from within the United States and are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) reference material for laboratory use.

Are these products for human or veterinary use?

No. All products are sold strictly as research reference material for in-vitro laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, foods, or supplements, are not for human or veterinary use, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
