Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Processing time (before shipment) is 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods or following holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Orders involving residential addresses may require additional verification of research context per our RUO Policy before processing. This may add 1–2 business days to processing time.

Packaging and Cold Chain
All peptides are shipped in pharmaceutical-grade, airtight vials with desiccant packaging. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature during standard domestic shipping. For orders requiring extended transit times or shipping to warmer climates, we recommend selecting expedited shipping.
Cold-pack shipping is available upon request for an additional fee. Contact us before placing your order if cold-chain handling is required for your research application.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging. No product names, company branding, or descriptions of contents appear on the exterior of any shipment. The return address will reflect our fulfillment center address. This is standard practice for research chemical suppliers.
Tracking Your Order
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent to the email address on your account as soon as your order is picked up by the carrier. Tracking updates may take 4–12 hours to appear in the carrier's system after the confirmation email is sent.

Shipping Destination
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. All orders must be shipped to a valid US domestic address. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier (tracking shows "delivered"), Dynamite Research Peptides is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- File a claim with the carrier if applicable
- Contact us — we will do our best to assist in locating your shipment
For packages lost in transit (never delivered), please contact us at info@dynamitepeptides.com and we will file a carrier claim and work toward a resolution.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Address correction after an order is placed may not always be possible, and any carrier fees for address corrections are the responsibility of the customer.
