Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Defective or damaged product — item arrived damaged, broken seal, or visually contaminated. You must report within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Wrong item shipped — you received a different product than what you ordered. Report within 7 days of delivery.
• Unopened, undamaged product — item is in original, factory-sealed condition and you are returning within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Significant purity deviation — independent third-party testing (by an accredited lab) confirms purity materially below the stated COA value. Report within 30 days with full testing documentation.

The following are NOT eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

• Opened or partially used products (once the factory seal is broken, the item cannot be returned)
• Products that have been reconstituted, diluted, or otherwise prepared
• Products returned after the 14-day window (except purity disputes)
• Products showing evidence of improper storage (e.g., temperature excursion)
• Products where the label, lot number, or packaging has been altered
• Custom or special-order compounds ordered specifically for your research project
• Orders refused or not returned within 7 days of our return authorization

1. Contact us first — email info@dynamitepeptides.com within the applicable window. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. For damaged items, attach clear photographs.
2. Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) — do not ship any item without a valid RMA number. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at your expense.
3. Ship the item — securely package the unopened item with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
4. Inspection and processing — upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item within 3 business days and notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense except where the return is caused by our error.

Orders may be cancelled without penalty within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been packed or shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately at info@dynamitepeptides.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it must be returned under this Refund Policy.

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order. This ensures proper tracking and quality control for all products.

Due to the research-chemical nature of our products, we maintain detailed records of all returns and refunds as required by applicable regulations. Return shipments may be subject to inspection upon receipt to verify product integrity.
