Affiliate Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and provide accurate account and payout information. Approval is instant, but we may decline or remove any affiliate at our discretion.
2. Research-use-only promotion (important)
All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only. As an affiliate you agree that you will NOT: describe, suggest, or imply the products are for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, or any in-vivo or therapeutic use; make or imply any medical, health, performance, anti-aging, weight-loss, or disease claims; provide dosing, administration, or "how-to-use-on-yourself" guidance; or target minors or any non-research/general-consumer audience. All content must present the products as research chemicals for qualified researchers only.
3. How commissions work
Each approved affiliate receives a unique code giving the customer 10% off their first order. You earn 15% commission on the subtotal (excluding shipping, taxes, and fees) of that first order, and 10% commission on all of that customer’s future orders. Codes are individual-use only and cannot be combined with other promotions.
4. Lifetime linking
Once a customer's first order uses your code, that customer is attributed to you for future orders. If a customer later uses a different affiliate's code, the original affiliate keeps the lifetime link unless we determine otherwise.
5. Cookie window
Click-throughs are tracked for 30 days. If a referred visitor purchases within 30 days of clicking your link, the sale is credited to you.
6. Self-referrals & abuse
You may not use your own code, create fake orders, bid on our brand terms in paid search, spam, or use misleading advertising. Violations void commissions and may end your account.
7. Payouts
Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal for orders that have cleared and passed the refund/return window. Orders that are refunded, charged back, cancelled, or fraudulent are deducted. A $1 minimum payout threshold applies.
8. Coupons & discounts
We may exclude sale-priced items from affiliate discounts to protect margins. We may adjust commission rates or program terms with reasonable notice.
9. Compliance & law
You are responsible for following all applicable advertising, FTC disclosure, and marketing laws, including clearly disclosing your affiliate relationship (e.g., "I earn a commission"). You must not make claims that violate FTC or any regulatory guidance.
10. Termination
Either party may end the relationship at any time. Unpaid, validly earned commissions through the termination date will be paid on the normal schedule, subject to these terms.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; continued participation means acceptance.
